The programme of work of the General Assembly (plenary) at its 78th session is provided below. The programme is maintained by the Secretariat of the General Assembly and this representation is automatically generated on the basis of intergovernmental data recorded in the e-deleGATE platform.

The agenda of the 78th session is contained in document A/78/251 and the allocation of items for the session is contained in document A/78/252. The draft programme of work of the plenary for the seventy-eighth session of the General Assembly was issued as document A/77/900.

iGov: portal to the work of intergovernmental bodies

In February 2024, the Secretariat initiated the limited launch of iGov, the portal to the work of intergovernmental bodies. The portal contains information on forthcoming meetings, resolutions, decisions, agenda items and documents.

The iGov portal serves as part of the Secretariat’s response to the mandates contained in General Assembly resolution 77/335, which called upon its subsidiary organs to use, as much as possible, existing e-deleGATE modules and requested the Secretariat to consolidate such services. The portal has a mobile friendly design and can be navigated using a keyboard and screen readers. The static text in the portal is available in all six UN languages.
